在選擇鐵藝護(hù)欄的時(shí)候,更關(guān)心的容易生銹嗎?而鐵藝護(hù)欄在焊接成型之后,會(huì)進(jìn)行防銹處理工藝,接下來我們?yōu)榇蠹以敿?xì)講解下鐵藝護(hù)欄的防銹處理工藝。一、 熱鍍鋅熱鍍鋅是將除銹后的鋼件浸入500℃左右融化的鋅液中,使鋼構(gòu)件表面附著鋅層,從而起到防腐的目的。熱鍍鋅板的生產(chǎn)工序主要包括:原板準(zhǔn)備→鍍前處理→熱浸鍍→鍍后處理→成品檢驗(yàn)等。

The production process of hot-dip galvanized sheet mainly includes: original sheet preparation → pre plating treatment → hot-dip coating → post plating treatment → finished product inspection, etc.
二、 冷鍍鋅冷鍍鋅也叫電鍍鋅,是利用電解設(shè)備將管件經(jīng)過除油、酸洗、后放入成分為鋅鹽的溶液中,并連接電解設(shè)備的負(fù)極,在管件的對(duì)面放置鋅板,連接在電解設(shè)備的正極接通電源,利用電流從正極向負(fù)極的定向移動(dòng)就會(huì)在管件上沉積一層鋅,冷鍍管件是先加工后鍍鋅。
2、 Cold galvanizing, also known as electroplating, is the process of using electrolytic equipment to remove oil, acid wash, and then place the pipe fittings in a solution composed of zinc salts. The negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment is connected to the negative electrode, and a zinc plate is placed on the opposite side of the pipe fittings. The positive electrode of the electrolytic equipment is connected to the power supply, and the directional movement of current from the positive electrode to the negative electrode deposits a layer of zinc on the pipe fittings. Cold galvanizing pipe fittings are first processed and then galvanized.
三、 機(jī)械鍍鋅機(jī)械鍍鋅在裝有鍍件、玻璃球、鋅粉、水和促進(jìn)劑的旋轉(zhuǎn)滾桶內(nèi),作為沖擊介質(zhì)的玻璃球隨著滾桶轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),與鍍件表面發(fā)生摩擦和錘擊產(chǎn)生機(jī)械物理能量,在化學(xué)促進(jìn)劑的作用下,將鍍涂的鋅粉“冷焊”到鍍件表面上,形成光滑、均勻和細(xì)致的具有一定厚度的鍍層。
3、 Mechanical galvanizing is carried out in a rotating drum containing plated parts, glass balls, zinc powder, water, and accelerators. The glass balls, as the impact medium, rub and hammer against the surface of the plated parts as the drum rotates, generating mechanical physical energy. Under the action of chemical accelerators, the zinc powder coated is "cold welded" to the surface of the plated parts, forming a smooth, uniform, and fine coating with a certain thickness
