1、金屬保護(hù)層:在鐵藝制品表面鍍上一層不易銹蝕的金屬或者合金,常用方法有:電鍍、噴鍍、熱浸鍍等,但用于鐵藝制品上的金屬保護(hù)層一般應(yīng)選用熱浸鍍鋅為好。由于被鍍工件鍍前的除油去銹和在440攝氏度的鋅熔液中高溫浸鍍,所以其鍍層可掩蓋許多缺陷和縫隙,避免以后泛銹,并有極好的附著性能。

Common methods are: electroplating, spraying, hot dipping, etc. However, hot dipping galvanizing is generally preferred for the metal protective layer used on iron products.
